Application forms & Prospectus can be collected from the National College of Nursing, Barwala (Hisar), at a cost of Rs.300/- cash from the counter or can be obtained by post at a least of Rs.400/- on request with Money Order Demand Draft in favour of S.D. Educational Society, Barwala payable at Barwala.

The application forms are to be filled in the candidate's Own Handwriting & should reach the i.e 30th Sept. Administrative officer before the last date specified in the prospectus. The forms reaching after the last shall not be entertained, incomplete applications shall be rejected. The interview letter will be dispatched to the candidate shall be admitted to the interview committee room without the interview letter.
